Alright,

Taking fitness more seriously now. Don’t start thinking I’m jumping on the New Year Resolution band wagon…I started working out again in December.

Have a pretty good program but it’s so hard to measure results (…other than constantly looking in the mirror). Thought it’d be more motivation for me to go out and get measured, that way I can see where I’m progressing/lacking. This is where things stand as of right now:

Over the next bit I’ll be looking to lower that 12.2% and develop a higher muscle mass. Update you as the pipes grow.
