Sometimes there are those small details that SOMEONE worked on to make functional, beautiful etc get missed in that process. A building is the sum of it’s parts. That’s why I love my job documenting buildings. I get to find all the BEST parts that tell that story. It’s like finding the equivalent of a person’s birthmarks, funny expressions and quirks.
