Assisting – Chris Morris on Grouse Mountain

Alright,

This shoot was organized and taught by Chris Morris. It was held at Grouse Mountain and we couldn’t have asked for more beautiful weather! I was stationed on the spot pictured below and could not have been more pleased with my location. We rigged up some lighting gear right underneath one of the jumps and the students shot some very brave skiers/boarders. I can’t even imagine thinking going off one of these 30′ jumps is a good idea and the tricks they pulled off were just ridiculous.

A huge thanks to Devin Manky Photography for hooking us up with some amazing access to the mountain as well as the use of some of the Snowcat’s to get around with all of our gear.
