Dear Chocolate Croissant,
Why are you so delcious? Is it the flaky pastry that surronds your sweet chocolate insides? Or is it the Chocolate insides surounded by flaky pastry?
Is it the fact that if I get up early enough and wait outside the Migros Groocery store you are poured into a basket fresh from the oven? Is that the secret to your delicious-ness?
Is it the fact that at the end of the day I see one lonely Chocolate croissant in the pastry section and feel obligated to adopt it and take it home despite the other desserts in my shopping basket (which you chocolate croissant, have now made jealous)?
Is it that I’m traveling and can justify getting a half dozen of you and devouring you on the train as the coutryside goes by? Is it that you have the power to make me take smaller and smaller bites as I get towards the end of your existence?
Why do you not answer my queries?
Have I not been good to you?
Chocolate Croissant, do you think you can hold these secrets from me?
Chocolate Croissant, do you know you have made a grave mistake with your tight lipped silence?
I will have to question all of the Chocolate Croissants in Europe, the only question you should ask yourself Chocolate Croissant is…. Where. Will. I. Strike. Next?
