Alright,
I met Laura Comuzzi (pretty white floral print dress) at a Photography Workshop I taught earlier this year. I was brought in to teach the BC Nurses’ Union Marketing team how they can excel at Photographing the many events they hold.
After the class was finished Laura and I got to chatting about a Family Portrait session with her boisterous Italian Family. We planned and schemed (mostly her planning, me scheming) and we able to align everyone’s schedule to do a shoot on the Westside of Vancouver in Almond Park. They all showed up dressed to the nines and we were in and out in a hour (leaving the children delighted they could FINALLY get to the playground and the adults could relax their laughing muscles).
“I really appreciated how easeful this whole ‘photo’ process has been for me. From booking our photo session with you to you showing up and starting without me due to unforeseen circumstances, you really took charge and dove right in. With 13 people in the mix, especially fidgety kidlette’s, it’s never an easy task.
The family is going to love the photos and our ‘green’ inspired shoot, will be a lovely addition to many walls in the Comuzzi households. I especially really loved the one with my dad and his kids (me, Paula and David). I know my dad will happily add this to his family portrait section in his house.
Thank you Kurtis for capturing our family so beautifully. ”
